Need a little relief from the constant itch of pesky bug bites? Make your own bug bite relief roller easily with this DIY recipe.

Ingredients:

* carrier oil of your choice

* 10 drops peppermint essential oil

* 10 drops lavender essential oil

* 5 drops of Basil (optional)

Instructions:

Add drops of essential oils to roller bottle and top with carrier oil. Shake gently and roll on itchy bug bites for relief.

*Additional essential oils to consider, tea tree, eucalyptus and chamomile.
